Full-Time Barista – The Clubhouse, Putney Join one of South West London’s most pumping run, ride and family cafés.
The Clubhouse is where specialty coffee meets the buzz of the the Thames River and beautiful Putney Embankment. Based on the Thames the heart of Putney, we’re a high-energy hub for locals, athletes, walkers, rowers and coffee lovers — serving great brews, good vibes, and community all day, every day. We’re on the hunt for a full-time Barista to join the crew.
What we’re all about:
Fast-paced, high-volume specialty coffee (no pour-overs here – we keep it sharp and focused). A clubhouse feel — part café, part hangout spot, part bike shop, part event space. Hosting weekly rides, runs, and the occasional Boat Race race viewing. Backed by Raptor Bikes and embedded in the London endurance community. What we’re looking for:
An experienced Barista (1 + years of Speciality Coffee) who’s quick on the machine and calm under pressure. Someone who can match the energy of the space — fast-paced, friendly, and switched on. A team player who takes pride in great service and tight workflow. Interest in bikes, running, or sport is a bonus, but not essential.
