Job Description: E-commerce & Customer Experience Manager

Location: London (in-office, full-time) Salary: £28,000–£35,000 DOE Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a versatile, coffee-passionate individual to take ownership of our online store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment and is excited to wear multiple hats—from customer service to marketing ops to supporting fulfilment.

Responsibilities

  1. Web Store Management

    • Manage product listings on Shopify (coffee, equipment, merch) • Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory with production/merchandising • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfilment

  2. Customer Service

    • Respond to emails, calls, and order issues • Process refunds, exchanges, and address inquiries • Represent our voice with kindness and clarity

  3. Marketing & Ops Support (depending on experience)

    • Assist with updating site content • Help coordinate product launches and campaigns • Track customer feedback and report trends

  4. General Admin

    • Monitor delivery issues in ShipStation • Maintain product performance data in spreadsheets • Jump in with the team when needed—you’re part of the brew crew now
