The Role

We’re looking for baristas who are hospitable, fast, and precise. You’ll work on a tight, high-performing team to deliver outstanding coffee and guest experience every single time. This isn’t a “learn-on-the-job” situation; we invest heavily in training but expect a high standard across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Dial in and execute espresso and filter coffee, and other beverages to spec
• Deliver exceptional, warm, and efficient guest service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and disciplined bar
• Contribute to opening/closing procedures, stock, and daily prep
• Uphold pace, standards, and team culture in high-volume settings

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years experience in specialty coffee (ideally in fast-paced, high-standard settings)
• Passion for learning more about our industry
• Strong communicator with a hospitality mindset
• Punctual, reliable, and takes ownership on shift
• Works clean, fast, and precisely under pressure
