Role Overview:
As a Senior/Head Barista, you will play a key role in maintaining % ΔRΔBICΔ’s coffee excellence. You will lead by example, ensuring flawless execution of specialty coffee preparation, top-tier latte art, and high standards of customer service, while also supporting team development and training.
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional Coffee Knowledge – Strong expertise in espresso extraction, brewing methods, and quality control.
Latte Art Excellence – Ability to create consistently high-quality latte art, ensuring each cup meets brand presentation standards.
Training & Development – Passion for mentoring and upskilling junior baristas, maintaining consistency across the team.
Outstanding Customer Service – A commitment to delivering a premium and memorable coffee experience.
Leadership & Teamwork – Ability to inspire and support colleagues in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Availability & Work Eligibility – Full-time availability, including weekends, with the legal right to work in the UK.
